Shipping Policy

At Elite Plastocrafts, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days for standard shipping and 2–5 business days for expedited shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly indicated on our website.

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment directly with the carrier. We also ship to select international destinations, and international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you. In the event of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary. Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, our returns process will apply.
